Who is responsible

REBORN Summit 2026 is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. Questions and requests go to info@transformation-event.ca.

What we collect

• When you register: your name, email address and phone number, the tier and quantity you bought, and the time you accepted the terms.
• When you contact us or join the mailing list: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.
• When you use the site: a small number of anonymous events such as page views and checkout starts, recorded to understand which parts of the site work.

We never see or store your card details. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's systems. We receive only a payment reference and the result.

Why we collect it

• To sell you a ticket and to prove you hold one at the door
• To send you your confirmation, check-in code and essential event updates
• To answer your questions
• To send event news, but only if you explicitly asked for it
• To meet tax and accounting obligations

Marketing is separate from your ticket

Marketing consent is recorded separately from your purchase, is never pre-ticked, and is never a condition of buying. Declining it changes nothing about your ticket. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. Transactional messages about an event you have paid for are sent regardless, because you need them to attend.

Who processes your data

• Stripe processes payments and holds the payment record.
• Supabase hosts the database holding registrations and contact records.
• Resend delivers transactional email.

Each acts on our instructions under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept while they are useful for answering you. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw marketing consent. Email info@transformation-event.ca and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting a registration record before the event means we can no longer admit you, so we will confirm before acting on that.

Photography at the event

The event is photographed and filmed, and that material may be used in promotion. If you do not wish to appear, tell a member of staff at check-in.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies necessary to process a payment securely when you reach checkout.
