Terms and conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of tickets to the REBORN Book Launch and Transformation Summit. Please read them before you register.
Who you are contracting with
Tickets are sold by REBORN Summit 2026, the organiser of REBORN Book Launch & Transformation Summit 2026. Completing checkout creates a binding agreement between you and the organiser on these terms.
What a ticket grants
One ticket admits one named person to all four event days: September 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2026. There are no single-day passes. Your ticket tier determines the level of experience you receive, not which days you may attend.
Entry requires the check-in code issued with your confirmation. Codes are validated at the door against the registration name.
All sales are final
All sales are final. No refunds. No refunds, exchanges or credits are issued under any circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, change of mind or inability to attend. By completing checkout you confirm you understand and accept this. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
Tickets are non-transferable
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, gifted or assigned to another person. A ticket presented by anyone other than the registered attendee may be refused.
Changes to the programme
Speakers, sessions, timings and programme details may change. The organiser will publish material changes and notify registered attendees by email. A change of speaker or session is not grounds for a refund.
If the event is cancelled in full by the organiser, registered attendees will be contacted directly with the options available to them.
Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, staff and venue personnel. The organiser may remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, discriminatory or unsafe. Removal on these grounds carries no refund.
Photography and recording
The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to appearing in that material and to its use in promotion of the event and the organiser's work. If you do not wish to appear, tell a member of staff at check-in and reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate you.
Attendees may not record sessions for commercial distribution without written permission.
Wellbeing support
Some sessions explore sensitive or emotionally challenging subject matter. Licensed mental health professionals are on site for support during the summit. They provide in-the-moment support at the event; they do not provide ongoing clinical care, and nothing at the event is a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never received or stored by this site. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Liability
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
